Zachary Fenton

Zach Fenton is a well-known figure in Tucson’s real estate and hospitality industries, recognized for his entrepreneurial drive and community-focused approach. He leads ZFI Holdings LLC, a real estate investment and syndication firm with a portfolio of over 40 properties, including offices, retail centers, warehouses, apartments, and mixed-use developments. A Tucson native, Zach graduated with a 4.0 GPA in finance from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management. After working in Los Angeles as an analyst, he returned to Tucson in 2011 to start his own investment company. Seizing post-recession opportunities, Zach began acquiring and repositioning underperforming assets, particularly in the revitalizing downtown area. ZFI Holdings has played a major role in restoring key Tucson landmarks, including One South Church, Seventh Avenue Lofts, and the Indian Trading Post. In addition to real estate, Zach co-founded several successful restaurants with his siblings, such as Reilly Craft Pizza & Drink, Fentonelli’s Pizzeria & Bar, and BATA. His ongoing contributions to nonprofit boards and support for Eller College events highlight his strong commitment to community engagement.
