Eligibility
Attending a convocation or commencement ceremony does not mean you have graduated – only meeting all requirements for your degree will guarantee your official degree completion. Be sure to reach out to your advisor with questions, or visit Graduation Services in the Office of the Registrar.
Graduating in December? If so, you can participate in the Commencement Ceremony either immediately before or after your expected graduation date – but not both, please.
Graduation Service Advisors are responsible for ensuring all requirements for the student's degree have been met. Each undergraduate student must complete an application for graduation and a degree audit worksheet.
For degree certification, consult with your Graduate College Degree Counselor.
Students completing the MD, PharmD, JD and DVM should connect with their respective colleges for degree completion requirements.
