Commencement May 15 at the stadium

Grad Images will be taking photos the day of Commencement, at the student entrance starting at 6:30 p.m. It is your responsibility to meet with them for a chance to take a portrait prior to entering the field. All portraits taken will be available for purchase from the photographers who will contact you after the ceremony.

Campus Store GradFest March 3-5

Past Event - No Longer Available

If you would like a more formal look for your photos, Grad Images will be at GradFest on March 3rd, 4th and 5th from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Campus Store. They will have regalia you can borrow for the photo and you will be provided with a proof before deciding to purchase.

Old Main Photo Sessions April 7-8

Past Event - No Longer Available

April 7th and 8th from 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Grad Images will be outdoors at Old Main. Photographers will be on both the east and west sides. There's no commitment to purchasing the photos that day. You will be emailed proofs of your photos and can then decide if you would like to purchase them. Just show up in your regalia or favorite U of A gear on the day and time that works best for you.

Photo Submissions closed Monday, April 27th.

All photos (unless inappropriate) will be part of a slideshow played during the pre-show and after the finale.

We will be selecting some of our favorites to be used in the countdown video that kicks off beginning of the ceremony!

PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to not use a photo that is inappropriate, of poor quality, and cannot guarantee the inclusion of any photos sent to us after the deadline.
