Preparing for Your Big Day

Your ceremony will be full of special moments, including an invitation to cross the stage and hear your name called. Afterwards, join the Alumni Association at Bear Down Friday and the annual Homecoming Bonfire for an exciting finale!

Stay Safe, Bear Down

All guests will be required to follow campus health and safety protocols in place at the time of this event as well as adhere to any existing state and local guidelines. In addition, this event may be cancelled or changed on short notice due to public health circumstances.

For the safety of all the attendees, we strongly recommend guests wear masks when attending this event. Masks will be available at the door for your convenience.

Tickets are required for entry. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. You must pick up tickets prior to the event in the lower level of the Bookstore in the Student Union on:

Thursday, November 4 | 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM OR
Friday, November 5 | 11:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Please note: your CatCard OR a government-issued photo identification is required for pick up.

This Day is For You

Your ceremony begins at 4:00 pm and ends at approximately 6:00 pm. Gates will open 45 minutes prior to the ceremony. Seating will be divided into student and guest sections on a first-come, first-served basis. Please arrive early to secure the best viewing experience.

Water will be provided; sealed water containers or empty, reusable bottles are permitted. Photographers will be on-site to capture stage crossings for purchase at a later time.
