What to Bring

Although what you wear under your gown is at your discretion, we encourage breathable clothing and comfortable shoes. High heels are strongly discouraged. Students participating onsite will robe after check-in but before entering venues. Security personnel reserve the right to determine the method of security checks as deemed necessary.

Government I.D.

Students must present their CatCard or government-issued ID upon arriving to their ceremony check-in.

Regalia In-Hand

Arrive with your cap and gown in-hand. You will robe after check-in and before entering each venue for your ceremony.

Wildcat WellCheck

Enroll and complete your Wildcat Wellcheck on the day of your ceremony before you arrive to Main Campus.

Wildcat OneStop

Show your Wildcat OneStop with your COVID-19 information and ticket on the day of your ceremony.

Students attending must have one of the following:

Your test must be taken no more than 72 hours prior to your ceremony.

On-Campus Testing

It is strongly recommended that you choose this option and take a free rapid antigen test in the UArizona testing system no later than noon the day before your ceremony. This deadline ensures your test results are ready in time for your ceremony. Appointments are required and can be scheduled here.

Once approved to enter the ceremony, a blue celebration icon will appear on your Wildcat OneStop within 72 hours of your ceremony.

Off-Campus Testing

If you are unable to take a test through the UArizona testing system, you may submit a negative test result from an off-campus testing center such as Walgreens, CVS, county testing site, etc. You must upload a photo or screenshot of your negative test to our secure testing system prior to the event. We recommend you keep the hard copy or photo of your test result as a backup.

Once approved to enter the ceremony, a blue celebration icon will appear on your Wildcat OneStop within 72 hours of your ceremony.

Students who choose this option must upload their vaccination documentation for approval. This option is only valid for students whose graduation ceremony occurs more than two weeks after they completed their second/final dose of the vaccine. More information about uploading a vaccine document is available here.

Students must upload their vaccination documents at least 3 days prior to their graduation ceremony. Once approved to enter the ceremony, a blue celebration icon will appear on your Wildcat OneStop within 72 hours of your ceremony.

Students who have had a positive COVID-19 PCR or antigen test result within 14-90 days prior to their ceremony can choose this option. If the positive test was through the University testing system, no action needs to be taken. If the positive test result was off-campus, students must upload that test result here at least 3 days prior to their ceremony.

Once approved to enter the ceremony, a blue celebration icon will appear on your Wildcat OneStop within 72 hours of your ceremony.
